Launching a typical guide for the design of financial and administrative policies for civil organizations in accordance with the requirements of Law 149 of 2019

In the direction of the program of developing civil societies to support the trend towards promoting the governance of civil organizations as one of the requirements of institutional sustainability, the program launched a "typical guidelines for policies and financial and administrative procedures for civil organizations" in accordance with Law 149/2019. This guideline guide aims to include the principles of the professional behavior code of civil societies approved by Law 149 and the executive regulations within the financial and administrative policies and procedures of the civil organization. The rules of evidence also confirm the internal control and the provision of scientific management for the association that improves the organization and management of financial and human resources and the office organization of documents, books and office bodies necessary to register all mathematical operations and others and to define powers and responsibilities of the members of the Mile of Management and workers in the association in planning, guidance, follow -up and coordination. The sections of the guide include the policies and guidelines necessary to achieve the correct development practices towards the environment, children, women and people of determination. In general, this existential typical guide aims to consolidate a set of behavioral rules that the association must follow with the aim of achieving the following: 1- Enhancing the association’s role in the development process. 2- Protection of the development process with reasonable and acceptable ethical rules that facilitate dealing. 3- Enhancing and developing the relationship between societies, civil institutions and all parties (community categories / government sector / private sector / development organizations) 3- Commitment to a set of values, principles and professional rules. The guide consists of (9 sections) that covers all administrative processes with the aim of improving the association's internal work environment and upgrading it to ensure an effective role and effect of the organization in creating real development within the targeted local communities. During 2021, technical support was provided to (127) civil organizations to develop and design financial and administrative policies for them according to this evidence and in a experimental way, which contributed to improving the work environment in these organizations.
